How It Started
One Fruit. One Obsession.
It started with a single mangosteen eaten on a trip through Southeast Asia. Sweet, floral, complex — unlike anything we'd ever tasted. We couldn't believe the rest of the world had no idea what they were missing.
We came home and asked a simple question: why isn't this in a can? The answer was that nobody had figured out how to capture that flavor without destroying it. So we spent two years doing exactly that.
